Dr. Balkrishna Desai started MPC trust in the memory of his mother with a mission to help poor & needy people. He has a wide experience in Rehabilitation of persons with various physical disabilities using latest modalities. He also holds a special certificate in public health administration. The building which houses Sankalp and other charitable activities has also been given by him besides initial funding of all the charitable activities was also provided by him.
