At the grassroots, our partnership with various organizations and experts in the field keeps us accountable, committed, and responsive to children with special needs and their communities. An independent Board exercises overall governance leadership, managing hurdles and ensuring compliance to systemic as well as statutory requirements.

03Organization Structure

Matushree Parsanba Charitable Trust is a well-structured and professionally managed organization. It is promoted by well-meaning trustees and managed by a group of committed, sincere and educated governing board members. Technically sound and qualified persons take care of this organization with full devotion. Trust also takes care to invest time, resources and energy in capacity building of staff as well as networking with the concerned circles. It regularly conducts staff training with the help of in-house faculty as well as inviting outside experts to keep abreast with latest development in the field
