Mr. Pravir Lal is a retired senior executive from PSU having leadership qualities, vast management experience, excellent skills of communication, team building, problem solving, meticulous planning, organizing and working in a deadline driven environment. He is In-charge of resource management at Sankalp and is the driving force behind introducing systems and bringing structured methodology for training with focus on quality improvement. By virtue of possessing an analytical mind, ability to understand systemic requirements, knowledge and organizational skills; he has been able to turnaround Sankalp into a healthy growing organization with focus on providing quality services in a scientific manner.
